Tukwila Fire Marshal incident q TFD18-2033 report dated August 2, 2018 indicated there was a Eire in the main electrical panel fuse box. The. incident included smoking, electrical arcing and a small fire in the fuse box, and the report indicated there was significant damage to the fuse box.. To date there is no record of an electrical permit on file to repair or replace the defective unit or equipment, and therefore there is no proof thatthe electrical system hazard and condition has been eliminated. Corrective Action: Obtain an electrical permit for repair and/or replacement of the hazardous electrical equipment. The hazard is required to be eliminated regardless if the structure is occupied or vacant.
