and between the CITY of TUKWILA, a municipal corporation of King County,
Washington, hereinafter termed "Grantee" and 3AtrQdAtQISH COMMERCIAL
COMPANY, INC., hereinafter termed "Grantor
WITNESSETH:
That the said Grantor for valuable consideration does by these
presents grant unto the Grantee a perpetual right -of -way or easement
for utilitv mains and lines with the necessary appurtenances through,
over, and across the following described property situated in King
J County, Washington, more particularly described as follows:
A strip of land 15 feet in width lying North and adjecent
to the following described property:
"Z That portion of the Northwest a of the Northeast a of Section
35, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., in the Citv of
Tukwila, King County, Washington, described as follows:
y Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Northwest 1 4- of
the Northeast 4 of Section 35:
thence North 01 0 51 1 39" East along the East line of said
�7orthwest 4 of the Northeast 4 a distance of 30.00 feet;
thence North 87 0 50 1 09" West parallel with the South line of
said Northwest i of the Northeast a distance of 80.27 feet
to the true point of beginning;
thence continuing North 87 0 50 1 09" West a distance of 995.09 feet;
thence North 02 0 24 1 12" East a distance of 6.00 feet to the
North line of the South 36 feet of said Northwest of the
Northeast 4;
thence South 87 0 50 1 09" East along said North line a distance
of 1018,82 feet;
thence alon; a curve to the right, the center of which bears
Morth 25 °11 West having a radius of 50.00 feet, an =rc
distance of 24.75 feet through a central angle of 28 °21
to the true point of beginning;
Situate in the City of Tukwila, County of Kira, State of Washington.

enter upon said nronerty for the nurpose of constructing, repairing,
.-ltering or reconstructing utility lines or mains or m ?king any
connections therewith, without incurring any legal obligation or
liability therefor, nrovided that such constructing, repairing, alter
in(- or reconstructing of such utility lines or mains nhall be ac-
complished in such a manner that the fences, lawn, shrubbery, driver

not he disturbed or destroyed, or in the event that they are disturb
ed or destroyed, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they
