ROAD RIGHT -OF -WAY DEDICATION
This Road Right -of -Way Dedication is made and given this day of May,
1995 by Andrew L. Polich and Bonita M. Polich, husband and wife (GRANTOR), to and
for the benefit of the CITY OF TUKWILA, a Washington municipal corporation (the "City
FOR TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor hereby conveys and quitclaims
to the City, right -of -way for the purpose of construction and perpetual maintenance of
roadway improvements and perpetual use by the public of public sidewalks over that
Q property more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference (the "Road Right -of -Way Dedication which is a portion of that
property known as that portion of the NW 1 S25 T23 R04E, records of King County,
Washington, more particularly described as parcel number 022320 -0042, as shown on
Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
The terms and conditions of this right -of -way dedication shall be binding upon
and inure to the benefit of the City, Grantor, and their respective successors and
assigns.

That portion of Lot 4 of the plat of "Andover Industrial Park No. 3" as filed in Volume 78 of Plats,
Pages 6 through 7, Records of King County, Washington, being more particularly described as
follows:
COMMENCING at the southwesterly comer of said Lot 4;
THENCE along the southerly line thereof, S 88 0 15'33 "E, 337.61 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING;
THENCE continuing along said southerly line, S 88 °15'33 "E, 33.84 feet to a point of curvature;
THENCE continuing along said southerly line, northeasterly 49.67 feet along the arc of a tangent
curve to the left, having a radius of 50.00 feet, through a central angle of 56 °55'03" to a point of
curvature;
THENCE southwesterly 37.02 feet along the arc of a non tangent curve to the right, having a
