Pl=f PVED NOV 2 91995 KIND COUNTY RECORDER ROAD RIGHT -OF -WAY DEDICATION This Road Right -of -Way Dedication is made and given this day of May, 1995 by Andrew L. Polich and Bonita M. Polich, husband and wife (GRANTOR), to and for the benefit of the CITY OF TUKWILA, a Washington municipal corporation (the "City FOR TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor hereby conveys and quitclaims to the City, right -of -way for the purpose of construction and perpetual maintenance of roadway improvements and perpetual use by the public of public sidewalks over that Q property more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (the "Road Right -of -Way Dedication which is a portion of that property known as that portion of the NW 1 S25 T23 R04E, records of King County, Washington, more particularly described as parcel number 022320 -0042, as shown on Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
