WITNESSETH, that first party, in consideration of $1.00
receipt of which is acknowledged, and the benefits which will aoorue o
the land of Grantor by the exercise of the rights herein granted, do hereby
remise, release and forever grant unto the Grantee, its successors and
assigns, an easement and right-of-way for the purposes hereinafter stated

B-68-1,- B. 68-2 and B-68-3 on file at the King County Flood Control Office
Said easement and right-of-way are for the following purposes:
The right to enter upon the above described lend to construct, reconstruct,
maintain and repair a bank protection and/or other flood control works,
including all appurtenances thereto, together with right to trim, out,
fell and remove all such trees, brush and other natural growth and obstruct-
ions as are necessary to provide adequate clearance and to eliminate inter-
ference with, or hazards to the structures.
The consideration above mentioned, is accepted as full compensation
to the exercise of the rights above granted.
To have and to hold, all and singular, the said easement and right-
of-way, together with appurtenances, unto Grantee, its successors and
assigns.
