KNOW ALL MEY THESE PRESENTS:
That OLYMPIC PIPE LINE COMPANY, a Delaware Corporation with its principal office in
Renton, Washington, hereinafter referred to as Grantor, for and in consideration of the
sum of ten and no /100 ($10.00) Dollars, and other good and valuable consideration
to Grantor in hand paid by the City of Tukwila, acting by and through the Public utilities
Commission, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and for which no lien is
retained, either express or implied, have Quitclaimed, and do by these presents Bargain,
Sell, Release and forever Quitclaim unto the City of Tukwila all of Grantors right, title,
interest, claim and demand in and to that certain property, situated in the City of Tukwila,
County of King, State of Washington and being more particularly described as follows, to
wit:
That suspended portion of the 12 -inch pipe originally
proposed as a part of the Renton to Sea -Tac main line
Green River bridge crossing at SR181 and S. 180th. St.
Said portion there by grant of Franchise Ordinance 496
from the City of Tukwila on October 4, 1967.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD for said purposes together with all and singular the rights,
privileges, and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto the said City of
Tukwila forever.
