The grantor Northern Pacific Railway Company a Wisconsin
Corporation in consideration of one dollar in hand paid and the
agreemetns herein contained hereby grants to King County a political
subdivision of the State of Washington the grantee an easement to
use for public record purposes the following described real estate
situated in King County State of Washington
Those portions of Block 2 of C D Hillman’s Meadow Gardens Addition to the
City of Seattle Division No 1 according to plat thereof recorded in Volume 12 of plats
page 64 records of said county lying within 25 west from the following described
center line; commencing at the north quarter corner of Section 10 Township 23 North Range 4 East
in King County Washington; thence S 00 04’24”East 853.10 feet to the
northwest corner of said plat; thence S 19 23’43” East to the center line extended
said centerline to a point which is 239.85 feet southwesterly of the intersection of
said center line with the center line of 44th Avenue South and the true place of beginning;
thence southeasterly 372.94 feet to a point on the center line of 44th Avenue South
which is 363.39 feet south of said intersection and the end of the line described.
