This Road Right -of -Way Dedication is made and given this 1 2 day of
MAY 1993, by BUNYONG NEM and VAN T. VEN, husband and
wife, and KIEN LAM VEN, as his /her separate estate (GRANTOR), to and for the
benefit of the CITY OF TUKWIL a Washington municipal corporation (the "City").
In recognition of the benefits we receive as users of the improved facility, the
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor hereby conveys and quitclaims
to the City, right -of -way for the purpose of construction and perpetual maintenance of
roadway improvements and perpetual use by the public of public sidewalks over that
property referred to as Dedication Parcel No.57, and more particularly described in
Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (the "Right -of -Way
Dedication as shown on Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference.
Together with the right of entry upon the abutting land for the purpose of
reconstructing existing driveway approaches, minor construction and regrading as
required for constructing sidewalks, curb and gutters, sloping banks, retaining walls,
adjusting existing fences, and other property restorations that are required to match the
proposed improvements. Upon completion of the improvements, the abutting property
will be restored to its original condition as near as may be done.

The terms and conditions of this right -of -way dedication shall be binding upon
and inure to the benefit of the City, Grantor, and their respective successors and
assigns.
