ORDINANCE NO. 446 7`"/
AN ORDINANCE approving the formation of the Green River Flood
Control Zone District
WHEREAS by King County Resolution #31058, the King County
Board of County Commissioners has requested City of Tukwila
approval for the formation of the Green River Flood Control
Zone District as defined in that resolutionand
WHEREAS it is deemed to be in the best interest of the City
of Tukwila to approve the creation of said Zone District.
The City Council of the City of Tukwila do ordain as follows:
The CITY OF TUKWILA approves the formation of the Green
River Flood Control Zone District, as set forth in King
County Resolution 31058 dated december 7, 1965.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Tukwila this-3 day
of January 1966.
