SIDEWALK EASEMENT DONATION
This Sidewalk Easement Donation is made and given this a day of October,
ti- 1993, by Key Bank of Washington, a Washington Corporation (GRANTOR), to and for the
benefit of the CITY OF TUKWILA, a Washington municipal corporation (the "City

O FOR TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor hereby conveys and quitclaims
to the City, right -of -way for the purpose of construction and perpetual maintenance of
roadway improvements and perpetual use by the public of public sidewalks over that
property more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference (the "Sidewalk Easement Donation which is a portion of that
property known as that portion of the NW 114 S26- T23 -R04, records of King County,
Washington, more particularly described as parcel number 262304- 9102 -07, as shown on
.4 Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
The terms and conditions of this right -of -way dedication shall be binding upon
