HomeMy WebLinkAbout1993 - Easement - Macri Josephine - 93031717851 E A S E M E N T C� I THIS AGREEMENT, made this day ofJva e-,19, by and between the City of Tukwila, a municipal corporation of King County, Washington, hereinafter termed "Grantee" and Josephine Macri, hereinafter termed the "Grantor W I T N E S S E T H: Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars (S10.001, does hereby grant unto a Grantee a perpetual right -of -way easement for construction and maintenance of a public water main !r': C� extension with appurtenances. The Easement shall be through, over I' and across the property described on Attachment A and shown on Attachment B which property is situated in King County, Washington. 0 Grantee or its agents or contractors shall have the right, without prior institution of any suit or proceeding at law, at times as may be necessary, to enter upon said property, for the purpose of constructing, repairing, altering, replacing or reconstructing said public facilities deemed fit or necessary by the City of Tukwila for development of said facilities. The Grantor shall retain the right to use the surface of said easement, so long as said use does not interfere with the constructing, repairing, altering, replacing or reconstructing of the Cl E TdNOT���QUlREC� M�M oql ;rds 9iv y Pn —1— public facility and so long as no permanent buildings, structures or improvements are placed on said easement. This easement shall be a oven-in: running with the land and shall be binding on the successors, heirs and assigns of both parties hereto.
