This Road Right-of -Way Dedication is made and given this U� day

Partnership (GRANTOR), to and for the benefit of the CITY OF TUKWILA, a
cy-) Washington municipal corporation (the "City
CSC FOR TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, the
receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor hereby
conveys and quitclaims to the City, right -of -way for the purpose of
construction and perpetual maintenance of roadway improvements and
perpetual use by the public of public sidewalks over that property more
particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference (the "Right -of -Way Dedication which is a portion
of that property known as Lot 1, City of Tukwila, Short Plat Number 77-
51-55 (revised), recorded under recording number 7904180861, records of
King County, Washington, as shown on Exhibit B attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
The terms and conditions of this right -of -way dedication shall be
binding upon and inure to the benefit of the City, Grantor, and their
respective successors and assigns.
