The Grantors, STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY,
an Illinois corporation, as to an undivided 66.67% interest, and
HORIZON HOTELS PARTNERSHIP, a Louisiana general partnership, as to
an undivided 33.33% interest, as tenants -in- common, for and in
consideration of Grantee's execution and delivery of the Temporary
Construction Easement, Storm Drain Easement and Agreement described °4
