TUKW&4 WA 061SO E A S E M E N T THIS AGREEMENT, made this,/day of 19ql, by and between the City of Tukwila, a municipal corporation of Ring County, Washington, hereinafter termed "Grantee" and Darlene Sipe McPhillips, hereinafter termed "Grantor W I T N E S S E T H: Grantor, for valuable consideration, does by these presents grant unto the Grantee a perpetual right -of -way easement for a public storm main with the necessary appurtenances through, over and across O the property described on Attachment A and shown on Attachment B ti C" J which property is situated in Ring County, Washington. C= Grantee shall have the right, without prior institution of any suit or proceeding at law, at times may be necessary, to enter upon said property, for the purpose of constructing, repairing, altering, monitoring, maintaining, replacing or reconstructing said public O OI storm drain or making any connections therefor; provided that such constructing, repairing, altering, monitoring, maintaining, replacing A or reconstructing of said public storm drain shall be accomplished in a such a manner that the private improvements existing in this cla 0 W right -of -way shall not be disturbed or destroyed, or in the event x they are disturbed or destroyed, they will be replaced in as good a z condition as they were immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee. 7t The Grantor shall retain the right to use the surface of said Cn easement, so long as said use does not interfere with the ti 1 .;E TA NOT REQUIRED K Ing Co.
