GRANTEES, their successors, assignees, licensees and permitees a perpetual and assignable Easement for the purposes hereinafter
stated, over and through, under, along and across, all or any part of that certain parcel of land situated in King County, State of

Washington, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.

C� Said right and Easement are for the following purposes: The right to enter upon the land described in Exhibit "A to
construct, maintain, repair, operate, patrol and replace a flood protection levee, including all appurtenances thereto; reserving
however, to GRANTORS, their heirs and assigns, all such rights and privileges in the land as may be used without interfering with

Q or abridging the rights and easement hereby acquired; subject, however, to existing easements for public roads and highways, public

utilities, railroads and pipelines.
It is understood and agreed that the Easement herein granted is for the specific uses and purposes described above and
not for any other uses and /or purposes.
It is understood and agreed that GRANTEES, their successors, assignees, licensees and permitees shall have the right to

appropriate from the land described in Exhibit "A such timber, rock, earth or gravel as may be necessary for the construction or
