Riverview Plata and the lots contained therein are ler,illy described under that certain Boundary Line Adjustment No. 81-1 -DIA of the City of Tukwila, County of Ring, atate of Washington, and approved by the City of Tukwila on January 12, 1981, recorded under King County Recording No. 81- 02 -05- B. The Declarant is owner of Riverviev Plata and all lots described therein and no vt:rer party holds any Interest whatsoever in said property. C. Engineers /Planners dated b -uo' 199$, shoring approximate location of roadways and sidewalks for vehicular t and pedestrian access, and the approximate location of water lines storm sever lines and sanitary sever lines servicing variour lots in Riverview Plaza. Approximate locations of underground power and telephone lines have not yet b• --i determined. NOM, THCREFORE, declarant hereby declares and grants to Successors of each of the lots the following easementse E (1) 1A%t 1 hereby grants to Lots 2 and 3 easements for vehicular and pedestrian ingress and egress, water, storm sewer and sanitary sever in the approximate locations shown on Exhibit 'A• attached hereto, and grants easements for underground power and telephone lines as may be necessary for service of Lots 3 and 3 over Lot 1. (2) Lot 2 grants to Lots 1 and 3 easements for vehicular and pedestrian ingress and egress, water, storm sewer and sanitary sewer in the approximate locations shown on Exhibit W attached hereto and grants easements for underground power and telephone lines as may be necessary for service of Lots 1 and 3,—ver Lot 2.
