KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the Grantor(s), CITY OF
TUKWILA, for and in consideration of TEN N01100 ($10.00)
Dollars, and other valuable consideration, hereby grant(s) and
convey(s) unto the STATE OF WASHINGTON and its assigns, an
easement over, under, upon and across the hereinafter described
lands for the purpose of maintaining,a drainage easement.
Said lands being situated in King County, State of Washington,
and described as follows:
All that portion of the hereinafter described Parcel
A lying northerly of a line beginning at a point
opposite Highway Engineer's Station (hereinafter
referred to as HES) 98 +17 on the SR 405 survey line of
SR 405, Green River Interchange, and 100 feet southerly
therefrom;
thence southerly to a point opposite said HES 98 +17 and
105 feet southerly therefrom,
thence easterly to a point opposite HES 98 +42 on said
(p survey line and 110 feet southerly therefrom;
C�2 thence easterly parallel with said survey line to a
point opposite HES 99 +39 thereon;
thence northerly to a point opposite said HES 99 +39 an'd
100 feet southerly therefrom and the end of this line,
description.
Parcel A
The portion of the W.H. Gilliam Donation Land Claim
Number 40 in the southeast quarter of the southeast
quarter of Section 23, Township 23 North, Range 4 East,
W.M., in King County, Washington, lying southerly and
westerly of Primary State Highway Number 1 (SR 405) as
condemned in United States District Court Cause Number
6010 and lying northerly of the plat of Andover
Industrial Park No. 1, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Volume 66 of Plats, page 36, in King
County, Washington, as recorded under Auditors File
Number 8312080424;
EXCEPT that portion deeded to the City of Seattle by
Recording Number 5418740.
The lands herein described contain an area of 1170 square
feet, more or less, the specific details concerning all of which
are to be found in that certain map of definite location now of
record and on file in the Office of Secretary of Transportation
at Olympia, and bearing date of approval January 30, 1962, last
revised November 28, 1988.
