THIS RIGHT -OF -WAY is granted by Albert G. Wieland (hereinafter referred to
as "the Grantor and the City of Tukwila (hereinafter referred to as "the
Grantee The following recitals are a material part of this instrument.
A. The Grantor is the owner of a tract of land described as follows:
The Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of the
Southeast quarter, Section 22, Township 23 North, Range
B. The Grantor wishes to grant and the Grantee wishes to receive the
Right -of -Way over the South 30' of property from the west property
line to easterly margin of 47th Avenue South. (See attached Exhibit A).
NOW THEREFORE, The Grantor hereby grants and conveys to the Grantee
a perpetual 30 foot wide Right -of -Way for public purposes.
1. All rights shall be subject to the right of any existing utility
easements located within the donated Right -of -Way.
2. WARRANTIES TO TITLE. Grantor warrants that it has fee simple
title to the Right -of -Way premises, subject to easements,
encumbrances, restrictions, covenants, conditions and reservations
of record as of the date of the granting of this Right -of -Way.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties have hereunto set their hands and sealed this
day of 1988.
