A. The Grantor is the owner of a tract of land described as follows: Per Safeco Title Insurance Company, Commitment for title 1n:surance no. MG- 490922 (revised) effective 12/18/86. The Grantor wishes to grant and the Grantee wishes to receive the Right -of -Way over, under and across the West 0.5 feet of the above described property adjacent to Andover Park West.
