THIS RIGHT -OF -WAY is granted by the Marriott Corporation
(hereinafter referred to as "the Grantor and the City of
Tukwila (hereinafter referred to as "the Grantee The
following recitals are a material part of this instrument.
A. The Grantor is the owner of a tract of land described
as follows:
Per Safeco Title Insurance Company, Commitment for title
1n:surance no. MG- 490922 (revised) effective 12/18/86.

N o EXCISE TAX That portion of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast
qu rter and the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter
of Section 26, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., in the
Ci of Tukwila, King County, Washington, described as

COMMENCING at the Southwest corner of said Southeast quarter
of the Northeast quarter;
THENCE North 01 05' 05 East, along the West line thereof,
B. The Grantor wishes to grant and the Grantee wishes to
receive the Right -of -Way over, under and across the West 0.5 feet
of the above described property adjacent to Andover Park West.
NOW THEREFORE, The Grantor hereby grants and conveys to the
Grantee a perpetual 0.5 foot wide Right -or -Way for public
purposes.
1. All rights shall be subject to the right of any
existing utility easements located within the donated

608.90 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
B. The Grantor wishes to grant and the Grantee wishes to
receive the Right -of -Way over, under and across the West 0.5 feet
of the above described property adjacent to Andover Park West.
NOW THEREFORE, The Grantor hereby grants and conveys to the
Grantee a perpetual 0.5 foot wide Right -or -Way for public
purposes.

2. WARRANTIES OF TITLE. Grantor warrants that it has fee
simple title to the Right -of -Way premises, subject to easements,
encumbrances, restriction, covenants, conditions and reservations
of record as of the date of the granting of this Right -of -Way.
