ASSUMPTION
In consideration of the foregoing Assignment from Kaiser
Gateway Associates ("Assignor") to the City of Tukwila, Washington
("Assignee") of the above-described Easement Agreement, Assignee

hereby agrees to assume and hereafter to discharge all obligations
and liabilities of Assignor which accrue from and after the date
hereof, under the Easement Agreement assigned to Assignee pursuant
to the foregoing Assignment.

of Seattle's transmission line right- of -waY, at a point

corner between Sections 14 and 15 of said Township 23 North,
