RELEASE OF EASEMENT#
The Grantor, CITY OF TUKWILA, a municipal corporation of
the State of Washington, for and in consideration of One Dollar
($1.00) and other valuable consideration, conveys and releases to
OREGON WASHINGTON RAILROAD NAVIGATION COMPANY, an Oregon
corporation, an easement over, along, across, in, upon and under
the real estate described in Exhibit A attached hereto and by this
reference incorporated herein, situated in the County of King,
State of Washington.

A strip of land situate in Lot 2, Upland's Tukwila
Industrial Park, City of Tukwila, King County, Washington, as
recorded in Volume 104' of Plats, Pages 8, 9 and 10, records of
said County, Recording No. 7708290789, said strip being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of said Lot 2;
thence S. 01 0 47 1 29" E., along the east line of said
Lot 2, a distance of 30.0 feet to the northeast corner of that
certain Easement for Sewer or Lift Facility, recorded under King
County Auditor's File No. 6050874 and the True Point of
Beginning;
thence continuing S. 01 0 47 1 29" W., along the east line
of said easement, a distance of 3.5 feet;
thence N. 87 °55 W., along a straight line, a
distance of 0.09 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve,
having a radius of 469.45 feet;
thence southwesterly along said curve, through a
central angle of 06 0 06'10 an arc distance of 50.00 feet; to a
point on the west line of said easement;
thence N. 01 47 1 29" E., along said west line of said
easement, a distance of 6.61 feet to the northwest corner of
said easement;
thence S. 87 0 55 1 02" E., along the north line of said
easement, a distance of 50.0 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Containing an area of 219.27 square feet, more or
less.

The Grantor, UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY, a Utah
corporation, for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and
other -raluable consideration, conveys an easement to the City of
Tukwila, a municipal corporation of the State of Pdashington,
Grantee, over, across, along, in, upon and under the real estate
in the St ^1,- of the SE of Section 26, T. 23N. R. -_E. 1 4. M. in the
County of king, State of Vlashington, more particularly described
in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference.
The easement shall be for the sole purpose of
installing, constructing, operating, maintaining, removing,
repairing, replacing, and using a sanitary sewer lift station,
together with all appurtenances thereto, and together with the
right of ingress and egress from said property for the foregoing
purposes.
