R. -_E. 1 4. M. in the County of king, State of Vlashington, more particularly described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. The easement shall be for the sole purpose of installing, constructing, operating, maintaining, removing, repairing, replacing, and using a sanitary sewer lift station, together with all appurtenances thereto, and together with the right of ingress and egress from said property for the foregoing purposes.
