WITNESSETH U0 DEC 241987 Rainier Bank, Agent, Grantor, as a donation and fof_1h° hetEN consideration, does by these presents grant unto the Grantee, the City of Tukwilla, a municipal corporation, a perpetual right of way easement for roadway and utilities with the nec- essary appurtenances through, over and across the property described on Attachment A which property is situated in King County, Washington.
