HomeMy WebLinkAbout2019-11-04 - Public Hearing - Osterly Park Townhomes Phase II Final Subdivision PlatCITY OF TUKWILA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Tukwila City Council will hold a public hearing on November 4, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Tukwila City Hall Council Chambers located at 6200 Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, WA, to discuss the following: OSTERLY PARK TOWNHOMES PHASE 2 FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT APPLICATION FILE NUMBER: L18-0051 Project Name: Osterly Park Townhomes Phase 2 Final Subdivision Plat Application APPLICANT: Mike Overbeck REQUEST: Final subdivision approval to subdivide two existing parcels into 15 unit -lots and associated easements and tracts for access, utilities, and recreation space. The project also proposes to add parcel 6391110000 6433610240 to the subdivision as Lot 24. Shared access, recreation, and landscaping areas serving both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the project are proposed to be completed after the Phase 2 plat is recorded.
