As I mentioned before, the site is governed by a development agreement that vests the site with the 1982 Sign Code. The business is therefore allowed two signs that are discernible from the adjacent streets. The Key Bank logos on the ATM, if discernible, would also be considered signs, and will have to be counted as signs. The Code's sign size formula has not changed. Architectural detailing consistent with the building design using changes in color, materials, texture, and variations in the wall plane. 3. Artwork such as mosaic, mural or sculptural relief covers at least 50 percent of the wall surface.
