Subject: Sign Permit Application #S12-024
Dear Steve,
The City of Tukwila Department of Community Development has received your application for a sign permit. This will
serve as an official notice of completeness for your permit application.
Your permit application is currently under review. You should receive written notice of the status of your application in
approximately 3-5 business days.
Although we review sign permits as quickly as possible (often within one week), you should allow for plenty of time in
your project schedule for permit review. If we are unable to issue your permit within 120 days, you will receive a
written statement of explanation as to why this time limit has not been met and an estimated date for issuance of a
notice of final decision. Any modification to project plans occurring before issuance of the permit shall be deemed a
new application for the purpose of the 120-day permit clock when such modification results in a substantial change in
the project's review requirements, as determined by the Department.
If you have any questions about the permitting process or to check the status of your application, please call 206-431-
2164 and reference the permit number listed above.
Sincerely,
