The following lists the changes per sheet. Overall it does not affect exiting and the energy code is not materially changed with wall construction and insulation being the same. I have clouded and flagged the changes as rev 1. SD-1: No changes T-1: a. Noted saw cut for new floor sink and drain (plumbing separate permit) b. added work bench and sinks, counter at vault c. added exterior power (electrical separate permit) T-2: a. add 11' to west for open office (132 sf) b. show power and data (electrical separate permit) c. add work bench on north side of space (previously noted) d. relocate "vault room" to north side with counter e. relocate gyp bd ceiling with vault, change wall and ceiling to add mesh f. expand suspended ceiling for new office (132 sf) trust this will explain the changes in the plans and look forward to having the permit altered to reflect these changes. Joanna From: Todd Reedy Sent: Monday, December 23, 2013 2:54 PM To: Joanna Spencer Subject: RE: 1105-1121 APW D13-0380 Hi Joanna, Regarding 1105-1121 APW: - This building shares a 10" fireline connection with the building to the east (1125-1139APW). The 10" fireline DCDA is overdue for testing. It was due for testing in August 2013 and we have not yet received test reports. We also did not receive tests in 2012. The last test reports we received were from September 2011, making it two years overdue. -This building has six addresses and 7 domestic water connections. A 4" RPBA was installed upstream of the meters that protects the service connections to three of the addresses (1105, 1109, and 1111 APW). These meters are in a group at the north end of the building. This 4" RPBA is overdue for testing. It was also due last August and we have not yet received a test report. -There are 4 domestic water meters at the south end of the building in a group that serves the addresses 1113, 1115, and 1121 APW. There are no RPBA's installed on these services for premise isolation. All 4 of the meters are 1". Sorry if my description is confusing. Let me know if you need any clarification. This is one of the areas where the water mains and services are private and the City only owns the meters. 1 PERMIT COORD COPY PLAN REVIEW/ROUTING SLIP PERMIT NUMBER: D15-0121 DATE: 08/17/15 PROJECT NAME: ARAMARK SITE ADDRESS: 1097 ANDOVER PARK E Original Plan Submittal Revision # before Permit Issued Response to Correction Letter # X Revision # 1 after Permit Issued DEPARTMENTS: - -c s 4A,4P c p, 101 Building Division Fire Prevention Planning Division Public Worlds Structural ❑ Permit Coordinator PRELIMINARY REVIEW: DATE: 08/18/15 Not Applicable ❑ (no approval/review required) REVIEWER'S INITIALS: APPROVALS OR CORRECTIONS: Structural Review Required ❑ DATE: DUE DATE: 09/15/15 Approved &- Approved with Conditions ❑ Corrections Required ❑ Denied ❑ (corrections entered in Reviews) (ie: Zoning Issues) Notation: REVIEWER'S INITIALS: DATE: Permit Center Use Only CORRECTION LETTER MAILED: Departments issued corrections: Bldg ❑ Fire ❑ Ping ❑ PW ❑ Staff Initials: 12/18/2013 PERMIT COORD COPY PLAN REVIEW/ROUTING SLIP PERMIT NUMBER: D 15-0121 PROJECT NAME: ARAMARK SITE ADDRESS: 1097 ANDOVER PARK E X Original Plan Submittal Response to Correction Letter # Bui't,,VAU' c/ V4 -15 ing Division 'Oblic Works PRELIMINARY REVIEW: Not Applicable ❑ (no approval/review required) REVIEWER'S INITIALS: APPROVALS OR CORRECTIONS: Approved ❑ Corrections Required ❑ (corrections entered in Reviews) Notation: REVIEEWER'S INITIALS: DATE: 06/03/15 Revision # before Permit Issued Revision # after Permit Issued Fire Prevention IN Structural ❑ VL, Af 415 Planning Division IN Permit Coordinator 11 DATE: 06/04/15 Structural Review Required ❑ DATE: DUE DATE: Approved with Conditions Denied ❑ (ie: Zoning Issues) DATE: Permit Center Use Only CORRECTION LETTER MAILED: Departments issued corrections: Bldg ❑ Fire ❑ Ping ❑ PW ❑ Staff Initials: 07/02/15 12/18/2013 PROJECT NAME: A a wv-lr )/— - SITE ADDRESS: I ak PERMIT NO: ) 151' 01 ORIGINAL ISSUE DATE: E_(o N, REVISION NO.
