I just spoke to Bill at City of Tukwila and he said that they just need a letter from you(can be email) stating that you are no longer the installer and the Advance sign & lighting will be the new installer. No fee to be refunded we will pay you for pulling the permits so, if you could send me an invoice for that I will get it turned around and back to you. Jason, once Rebekah has done this you will just need to go down and have your name added to the permit, no fees will be due since Culberston's has taken care of it already.
