NOTICE OF
FINAL ACTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tukwila City Council is considering final action on
Mondav, December 5, 2011 beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Tukwila Citv
Hall, 6200 Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, WA on the following:
An ordinance authorizing the acquisition of land, including authorization of potential
condemnation of property. The properties considered are located in the City of Tukwila and
identified as parcel numbers 022310 -0010 (California Pizza Kitchen) at 150 Andover Park West,
022310 -0075, (Acura) at 301 Baker Boulevard; 920247 -0070 (Firestone) at 215 Andover Park
West, and 920247 -0010 (Southcenter Mall) at 2800 Southcenter Mall. The full title of the
ordinance is as follows:
aN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND PROVIDING FOR THE ACQUISITION OF
INTERESTS IN LAND FOR THE PURPOSE OF COMPLETING THE TUKWILA TRANSIT CENTER
PROJECT; PROVIDING FOR CONDEMNATION, APPROPRIATION, TAKING OF LAND AND
PROPERTY RIGHTS NECESSARY THEREFORE; PROVIDING FOR PAYMENT THEREOF, AND
DIRECTING THE INITIATION OF APPROPRIATE PROCEEDINGS IN THE MANNER PROVIDED
BY LAW FOR SAID CONDEMNATION.
The public is invited to attend all meetings of the Tukwila City Council. Tukwila City
