Eligible participants must be residents of or businesses in Tukwila and must comply with all City regulations and applicable multifamily
complex rules. In signing and submitting this form, participant agrees to allow the City of Tukwila to photograph the participating
property and consents to the use, publication and reproduction of such photographs, as well as the participating property's address, for
any purpose. By signing, entrant confirms that he or she has the authority to sign this entry form and release on behalf of the
participating property.
