Company fills out MLA and accompanying Site License Application (SLA)
SLA contains field for pole numbers
Pole numbers are available on Tukwila's Public iMap
► City signs MLA
► Individual SLAs will be tracked to ensure payment and occupancy terms
Permits are filed for each pole prior to work commencing
Poles installed will meet Public Work's Design standards
MLA Highlights
Follow Design Standards (section 3.1)
Ensures City design aesthetic is maintained
Provides conduit for City use (Municipal Wi-Fi)
Alternate rent (section 6.2.3) in the event FCC ruling vacated
Potential additional revenue
Performance Bond $100,000 (section 22)
Covers cost of Right -of -Way restitution if needed
Termination of License fee (section 25.1.14)
Minimizes impact to City budget in event of serious default
