Without an injunction, most provisions of 1-976 will take effect on December 5, 2019. City of Tukwila - Legislative Preview Plaintiffs for the I-976 lawsuit include: ► Association of Washington Cities ► Garfield County Transportation Authority ► Intercity Transit ► Amalgamated Transit Union Legislative Council of Washington ► King County ► City of Seattle ► Port of Seattle WA State Transit Association and Lacey transit -dependent rider Mike Rogers.
