Reciprocal Sanitary Sewer Easements
• Each ..net of the properties created by this short plat
shall grant a reciprocal sanitary sewer casement to the
neighboring property, located within Vic their side of
the southern 113.05' of the shared property line, for the
purpose of constructing, Installing, reconstructing,
replacing, repairing, maintaining and operating a sewer
Pipeline and lines and all necessary connections and
appurtenances thereto, together with the right of ingress
and egress. The cost of maintenance, repair or
reconstruction of that portion of the sewer used in
common shall be borne in equal shares. These
easements shall be recorded upon the next property
transfer of either property.
