20d -- There shall be., and each party does grant unto the other, an easement for the purpose of
constm tuag, WstaHM& reconstructing, xepla w& repairing,, malftmag and operating a sewer pipeline
and lines and aft necessary connections and appurtenances thereto, together with the right of ingress and
egress therefrom for the purpose of enjoying the easement, and also granting to Grantees and to those
acting under or for Grantees the use of such additional area immediately adjacent.to the above easement
as shall be required for the, construction of the sewer pipeline or limes in the easement; such additional
area to be held to a minimum necessary for the purpose, and immediately after the completion of the
construction and installation, or any subsequent entry upon the easement; Grantees shall restore the
premises as near as may be to its condition immediately before such construction or entry.
314 - The cost of construction of said sewer shall be borne by the ownerrs of the said properties as
fellows: Muisrally - . - - -
4th - The cost of maintmance, repair or reconstruction of that portion of the sower used in
common shall be borne in equal shares, except that the owners of any lower parcel, shhall not be
responsible for the part of the sewer above their connection; and when necessary to repair, clean or
reconstruct the sewer, the parties to this' agreement shall halve a right of entry for that purpose.
P - This agreement shall be a covenant nrnaing with the land and shall be binding upon all
parties, their heirs and assigns forever.
