Project Description: In anticipation of a stormwater treatment facility
project, The Boeing Company is removing the existing below -ground
Project Location slab and footings/foundations, removing and capping utilities, grading,
and restoring two building sites (the 9-80 & 9-85, will be demolished
n ^ prior to this work). The proposal will disturb a 12,000 sq. ft area,
remove 1,500 CY of materials and reestablish grade, for a total of 3,000
s CY of earthwork. The relatively flat, Manufacturing Industrial Center/
Heavy Industrial Center -zoned site is located within the shoreline
ln3n"' jurisdiction of the Duwamish River.
Your written comments on the project are requested and can be delivered to Dept. of Community Development, 6300
Southcenter Blvd, Suite 100, Tukwila WA 98188. Comments must be received by 5:00 PM on February 9, 2020. You
