Project Description: The purpose of this project is to prevent infiltration of untreat-
ed sormwater and to provide collection, conveyance and treatment of Stormwater
runoff prior to discharge to the Duwamish River. The project will install infrastruc-
ture necessary to collect surface runoff from the easterly half of the MDC flightline
and convey it to a new sormwater treatment facility. The project will require ap-
proximately 10,800 CY of earthwork and 1,500 CY net cut. The relatively flat site
is zoned Manufacturinv Industrial Center/Heavy Industrial Center.
