The SEPA notice posted on June 11, 2019 showed vegetation of the shoreline buffer in compliance with Tukwila's shoreline regulations. After some discussion and alterations to the project, a second SEPA notice was posted on February 20, 2020 showing no vegetation of the shoreline buffer, which was not in compliance with Tukwila's shoreline regulations. This SEPA notice shows the most recent revision to the ~a project, which proposes an alternate way of vegetating the shoreline through a landscaped berm along the 100 ft shoreline buffer. - r r Your written comments on the project are requested and can be delivered to Dept. of Community Development, 6300 Southcenter Blvd, Suite 100, Tukwila WA 98188.
