SPECIAL MEETING
This meeting was not conducted at Tukwila City Hall, based on the Governor's Proclamation 20-28adopted
March 24,202Owhich says /npart: "Any public agency, subject k/RCN/42.30, isprohibited from conducting
any meeting, subject /oRCN/42.30unless (a)the meeting and instead provides
anoption(s)for the public /oattend the proceedings through, atminimum, telephonic access. ^
All participants, including the Mayor, Counci|membem. City Staff, Legal Counsel participated were not at
Tukwila City Hall and participated via a remote electronic system.

CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Ekberg called the remote Special Meeting of the Tukwila City Council to order at 7:01 p.m.and led
the audience inthe Pledge ofAllegiance.

EXECUTIVE SESSION —PobanUai Litigation—Punsuantho RCVV42.3O.11O(1)(i)-30minutes
Mayor Ekberg announced the Council will now go into an Executive Session to discuss:
Potential Litigation — Pursuant toRCVV42.3O.11O(1)(i).
The total amount of time will be no more than 30 minutes, and no decisions will be made during the
Executive Session. No action will be required in the Open Meeting after the Executive Session has
concluded.
He declared the meeting adjourned as of the conclusion of the Executive Session. The Executive Session
will not be extended beyond the announced time, and they will not be returning to open session to
adjourn nrfor any other reason.
