ROLL CALL Barbara Saxton, Administrative Support Coordinator, called the roll of the Council. Approval ofVouchers: 383518-383563and 2003U2inthe amount ofG87O.588.82. b. Accept aocomplete the South 108th-20]dhStreet Bridge Repair Project (contraot#1S-13S)vvith Nordvind Company, LLC; authorize release of retainage, subject to the standard claim and lien release procedures. Public Works Fleet and Facilities Building and Minkler Shop improvements: (1) Authorize the Mayor to sign a contract with Saybr Contractors, Inc., for removal of paint booths from the Fleet and Facilities Building, in an amount not to exceed $168,000.00. (2) Authorize the Mayor to sign a contract for installation of security fence and access Bmb*s�j in on amount not toexceed $3OO.00O.00. (3) Authorize the Mayor to sign a contract for outside envelope structural repair and painting, in an amount not toexceed $28O.OUU.00. (4) Authorize the Mayor to sign a contract with Soybr Contractors, Inc., fora modular building to provide additional locker rooms and shower, in an amount not to exceed $308,000.00. MOTION CARRIED 7'0. NEW BUSINESS A resolution enacting a temporary moratorium on certain residential evictions during the period of civil emergency related to the novel coronavirus (COVID-119). MOVED BY SEAL, SECONDED BYHOUGARDY TOHAVE THE RESOLUTION READ BfTITLE ONLY. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. Barbara Saxton, Administrative Support Coordinator, read the proposed resolution by title only.
