Chair Seal called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
I. BUSINESSAGENDA
A. February 2020 Monthly Financial Report
Staff provided an overview of the February 2020 status of the General Fund.
Committee Recommendation
Discussion only.
B. Financial Impacts from COVID-19 Emergency
Staff provided an overview of financial impacts of COVID-19, including three different
scenarios based upon the timeline of the "Stay Home, Stay Healthy" order, cash flow
considerations, and next steps for Council deliberation.
Committee question(s) requiring follow up
• When Fire Department staffing drops below 13, will staff be shuffled among all the
stations?
• Provide the three scenarios in a table format.
• Prepare a discussion about the City Council's departmental budget.
Committee Recommendation
Return to committee. A special meeting will be held on April 21, 2020 at 4:00 p.m.
