Remote Meeting per Governor Proclamation 20-28 April 27, 2020 - 7:00 P.m.
This meeting was not conducted at Tukwila City Hall, based on the Governor's Proclamation
20-28 adopted March 24 2028which says /npart: "Any public agency, subject boRCN/4330,
is prohibited from conducting any meeting, subject toRCW4230 unless (a) the meeting ��
conducted in -person and instead provides anoption(s)for the public boattend the proceedings
through, atminimum, telephonic mcm*oa.^
All podioipanta, including the Mayor, Counci|nnembers. City staff, and legal counsel were not
at Tukwila City Hall and participated via e remote electronic system.
The phone number for public participation that was provided via the agenda distribution

SPECIAL MEETING
Mayor Ekberg called the remote Special Meeting of the Tukwila City Council toorder atF:45 p.m. directly
following the Committee ofthe Whole meeting.
ROLL CALL
Barbara Saxton, Administrative Support Coordinator, called the roll of the Council. Present atthe
virtual meeting were Counci|membermVerna Seal, Kathy Hougordy. Oe'Semn Quinn, Kate Kru||er,

Mayor Ekberg announced the Council will now go into an Executive Session to discuss:
The total amount of time will be no more than 60 minutes, and no decisions will be made during the
Executive Session. Noaction will berequired inthe Open Meeting after the Executive Session has
concluded.
He declared the meeting adjourned as of the conclusion of the Executive Session. The Executive
Session will not be extended beyond the announced time, and they will not be returning to open session
to adjourn orfor any other reason.
