SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tukwila City Council will hold a Special
Meeting on Monday, June 8, 2020 directly following the Committee of the Whole
meeting, which starts at 7:00 p.m. at the following telephone number for the public to
listen to the meeting: 1-253-292-9750, 670077847#. For Technical Support during the
meeting call: 1-206-431-2179.
The meeting will not be conducted at Tukwila City Hall, based on the Governor's
Proclamation 20-28 adopted March 24, 2020 which says in part:
Any public agency, subject to RCW 42.30, is prohibited from conducting any
meeting, subject to RCW 42.30 unless (a) the meeting is not conducted in -
person and instead provides an option(s) for the public to attend the proceedings
through, at minimum, telephonic access, ..."

1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
2. NEW BUSINESS
Ratify the Mayor's three Emergency Orders issued on June 2, 2020, June 3, 2020
and June 4, 2020 to impose a curfew in the City of Tukwila in order to maintain public
safety and welfare.
3. EXECUTIVE SESSION — Collective Bargaining — Pursuant to RCW
42.30.140(4)(a) and (4)(b) (60 minutes) NO Action will follow in the open meeting.
