Chair Seal called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
I. BUSINESSAGENDA
Consensus existed to discuss the Committee appointment as the first order of business.
A. Appointment to the Public Safety Bond Financial Oversight Committee
Jovita McConnell submitted an application to Position 1 on the Committee. The term will end
December 31, 2022.
Committee Recommendation
Unanimous approval. Forward to July 6, 2020 Regular Meeting.
B. 2020 1st Quarter Sales Tax Report
Committee Recommendation
Discussion only.
C. 2020 1st Quarter Financial Report
Committee Recommendation
Agreement to discontinue the quarterly financial report in lieu of the Financial Impacts of
COVID-19 bimonthly reporting that will include quarterly data.
