Fire Station 52 Project to leave in place existing fence bordering Matthews/Grinaker property
The purpose of this memorandum is to establish the agreed upon arrangement for an existing City of Tukwila -installed
fence permitted to be removed as part of the City's Fire Station 52 Project to be left in place "as is" on the border of City
of Tukwila's Fire Station 52 property and Matthews/Grinaker property line at 15325 64'h Avenue South, Tukwila, WA
98188 as depicted in Exhibit A (attached).
The City of Tukwila hereby agrees to allow the wood fence in its "as is" condition, as depicted in Exhibit B (attached), to
remain in its current location, provided that the City will no longer be responsible for maintenance or replacement of
the fence, and the fence will become the sole responsibility of Matthews/Grinaker.
This memorandum identifies the mutual agreement between Matthews/Grinaker and City of Tukwila and is effective
upon signature of Matthews/Grinaker and City of Tukwila unless cancelled in writing by both parties.
