Chair McLeod called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
I. BUSINESS AGENDA
A. Upcoming Development Agreements: Wadajir & Riverton Height Mixed Use
Staff briefed the Committee on two development agreements that will be presented to the
Council next year: Wadajir at 14110 Tukwila International Boulevard and Riverton Heights
Mixed Use at 144th Street and 37th Avenue South.
Items requiring follow-up
Both items will be presented to Committee in the second quarter of 2021.

B. Housing Action Plan
Staff presented a status update on the Joint South King County Regional Housing Framework
and the public engagement strategy for Tukwila's Transit Oriented Development Housing
Strategies Plan.
Items requiring follow-up
Staff will come back to PED with the Planning Commission's recommendation on Tukwila's
Transit Oriented Development Housing Strategies Plan. The Plan needs to be adopted by the
City Council by June 2021.

C. Wayfinding & Gateway Signage Plan
Staff presented goals and next steps for a Wayfinding and Gateway Signage Plan for Tukwila.
