MINUTES
Mayor Van Dusen called the Special Meeting of the Tukwila City
Council to order.
EDGAR D. BAUCH, LIONEL C. BOHRER, MABEL J. HARRIS (Council President),
GEORGE D. HILL, WENDY MORGAN, DORIS PHELPS.
Mayor Van Dusen opened the public hearing at 7:01 p.m. to consider
the 6 -year transportation improvement program.
There being no comments from the audience, Mayor Van Dusen
closed the public hearing at 7:02 p.m.
Councilman Phelps stated next year's project is South 140th,
55th to 53rd street improvement, the second one will be 57th
Avenue, 141st to 147th.
MOVED BY PHELPS, SECONDED BY HILL, THAT THE PROPOSED RESOLUTION
BE READ BY TITLE ONLY. MOTION CARRIED.
City Attorney Hard read a Resolution 872 of the City of Tukwila,
Washington, adopting a revised and extended comprehensive
transportation program in accordance with RCW 35.77 and RCW 36.81
by title only.
MOVED BY PHELPS, SECONDED BY HILL, THAT THE PROPOSED RESOLUTION
BE ADOPTED AS HEAD. MOTION CARRIED.
MOVED BY HARRIS, SECONDED BY HILL, THAT THE SPECIAL MEETING
ADJOURN. MOTION CARRIED.
