All revisions are marked with cloud on revision plan. 1, Lease line. Lease line marked on plan sheet A2 with "center line". Shown this line is lease line on the legend note. 2. King County Health permit application. We submitted health permit application and paid health permit fee $860.00. But as you know, any health permit review in King County Health Eastgate office will be very slow. 3. Egress path and illumination I made the egress path shown on sheet Al. To clearly shown the egress path, added a darkened dash line on sheet A2 floor plan shown all egress paths. All egresses are complied with IBC 2012 chapter 10. and ANSI A117.1. Regarding the illumination of egress path: We seat up emergency light are based on the formula d2 ={W/[2 x P x (1-cos(A/2) x 0.001496]} (where W=watt of the electrical energy of light bulb, P=3.14, A=degree of the light reflector angle). Since standard the emergency light come with standard 5 watt incandescent wedge base lamp and 120 degree angle reflector, with one 5 watt light, the max. distance to have 1 foot-candle will be 32.9', with the emergency light on 10' high, the floor rear to have 1 foot candle shall be in a 31' radius within a 120 degree angle. After receive your review comment, I verified my emergency light setup, and find out that the illumination at the area between bar counter and food service counter are not enough. I added one more emergency light on tenet north wall. RECEIVED CITY OF TUKWILA CORRECTION LTR# b ooze MAY 10 2016 PERMIT CENTER With new designed battery back -upped (2) emergency exit LED light and (2) emergency LED light, continue working time and illuminate value shall be better than standard emergency light.
