EXCLUSIONS: REMOVE OR REINSTALL SKYLIGHTS, PAINTING. 1.Warranty: Washington Pro Roofing LLC warrants that all labor, materials and taxes will be paid for, and there will be no potential lien claimants upon completion of the work. Washington Pro Roofing LLC further warrants that all work will be performed in a commercially reasonable manner and that there are no defects in workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by defects in or failure of material used as components of the roof or structure. The materials used may be covered by various manufacturer's warranties and Washington Pro Roofing LLC makes no material or product warranties whatsoever. IB Roof System provide 20 years manufacturer's warranties This warranty shall be void if a person or firm other than Washington Pro Roofing LLC performs or re -performs any work identified within the original scope of the work of this contract with Washington Pro Roofing LLC. This warranty will be void if maintenance of the roof will not be preformed properly. 2. Change Orders: Any alteration from above specifications, involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. $65 per man hour plus materials 3. Interest: Any accrued balance owing and unpaid to contractor, regardless of whether the amount in dispute is liquidated or unliquidated, shall bear an interest of 18% per annum or the legally maximum rate, whichever is less. 4. Correction or completion of work. Washington Pro Roofing LLC shall have the irrevocable right to perform all corrective or pick-up work identified by the Customer unless Washington Pro Roofing LLC declines to do so following receipt from the Customer shall not contract with any alternative contractor for the performance or completion of work within the scope of this Agreement, nor shall the customer or owner occupy or use Washington Pro Roofing LLC work until and unless Washington Pro Roofing LLC shall have first been provided the notice and opportunity stated above. If the Customer does contract with an alternative contractor to perform the pick-up or otherwise complete the project, without first affording the above-described opportunity to Washington Pro Roofing LLC to do so, or if the Customer commences to use or occupy the space in which Washington Pro Roofing LLC performed work, the Customer then agrees to accept all work "as is" and thereby waives any and all claims, of whatever nature, against Washington Pro Roofing LLC including warranty claims. 5. Attorney's Fees: All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control.
