Special inspections shall be based on the fire -resistance design as designated in the approved construction documents. 14: Remove all demolition rubble and loose miscellaneous material from lot or parcel of ground, properly cap the sanitary sewer connections, and properly fill or otherwise protect all basements, cellars, septic tanks, wells, and other excavations.
