New revised plan sheets shall be the same size sheets as those previously submitted.) (If applicable) "STAMP AND SIGNATURES" "Every page of a plan set must contain the seal/stamp, signature of the licensee(s) who prepared or who had direct supervision over the preparation of the work, and date of signature. (WAC 196-23-010 & 196-23-020) (BUILDING REVIEW NOTES) * The revised plans still are missing information requested. Also, there are several inconsistencies with the different plan details. For example: a. Floor plan shows the corridor floor entering the new bedroom to be at the same level. The framing section detail tells a different story. The section A -A detail shows a crawl space below yet "Framing Section specifies otherwise. Also, the one new door exiting the garage shows door at grade level and would not be consistent with other details. b.
