After field investigation, we found the existing grease trap was only connected for dishwasher. It is not big enough for the new kitchen. City of Tukwila requires new grease trap to connect the follow plumbing fixture (3 comb sink. food prep sink. mop sink. floor drain and the floor sink for wok). Attach is the new grease trap that recommended for this project. Skyway Plumbing Inc. will apply for a separate plumbing permit with the City. Further information for this new grease trap will be shown in the plumbing permit. Thank you Zhen Deng Skyway Plumbing Inc.
