DESCRIPTION OF OCCURRENCE:

On the above listed time and date, TukN Police Officers responded to a TukN area residence to take a suspicious
persons report. Officers arrived and contacted a 13 rear old Tukwila girl and her parents. The girl and her parents
reported to officers that a male had attempted to lure the 13 year old into his vehicle while on her way home from school
at the above listed area.
Tukwila officers gathered the information from the 13 year old girl about the suspect and the vehicle. Officers responded
to the area where the girl stated the luring incident occurred, and located a vehicle and person driving that matched the
suspect description given by the girl. The vehicle attempted to flee from officers but vvas quickly stopped and the driver
Nvas arrested at a nearby location. The driver of the vehicle, a 27 year old man from Seatac, Nvas taken into custody and
identified by the victim.
TukN-vila Police Detectives are conducting inteiiriews of the persons involved, and investigating the incident.
